Delighted to see #SHED continues to thrive in their latest results;

- 25% uplift in property valuation
- 60% uplift in income
- Weighted NIY of 5.3% (99.9% collection rate)
- WAULT increased to 7.7 years from 7.4
- Average debt costs reduced
- LTV reduced (11.3% from 27.9%)
